"Cozy small apartment in a quiet neighborhood, clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessary for a short stay in Marseille."

"No air-condition unit, not a closet in the room, and a bit far from the marina-port. The building is old, the hallway and the stairs leading to the apartment were not clean."

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place and return with pleasure! The location is perfect to explore Valenciennes—central, calm, and convenient. The person who welcomed us was extremely polite and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out which really helped with our train schedule. Communication was quick and friendly throughout. The apartment is great value for money, but for full transparency, we gave a 9 because the bathroom door was broken and difficult to use, and the bed was quite hard with sheets that could be of better quality. If those two details are improved, it would truly be an excellent place to discover Valenciennes. Thank you again for everything! Pros: – Perfect location to explore Valenciennes: central, calm, and convenient – Great value for money – Very polite and welcoming host – Quick and friendly communication – Flexible with check-out time, which helped a lot with our train"

"Le gîte est une magnifique maison toute rénovée. L’extérieur est très agréable et la piscine (immense!) couverte et chauffée est un gros plus qui nous a permis de profiter de la baignade malgré la météo capricieuse. Les couchages sont très confortables et il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place pour passer un bon séjour entre amis ou en famille"

"L'appartement est très agréable. Il dispose de l'ensemble des équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour de détente. Le balcon donne les arbres et sur le port. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et le quartier très calme. Le logement étant proche de toutes les commodités, l'ensemble de nos déplacement s'est fait à vélo, que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner, le brunch, le déjeuner, le diner ou encore pour visiter Perpignan, Le Barcarès et les plages. Merci à la propriétaire qui est très prévenante et qui s'avère être une hôte formidable."
