"The apartment is small but cozy and equipped with everything one needs for a stay in Paris 9th arrondisment."
"Everything is as expected and as shown on photos. One disadvantage is that the apartment is in the courtyard building thus deprived of sunlight but as tourist we were anyway most of the day out of the apartment."
"Good location with 4 metro lines near and bus station. Very comfortable apartment, where we had all we need. Apartment was clean and comfy."

"Très bon emplacement pour visiter Paris et très calme"

"The room was very clean. The host was very helpful. The location was good as well. The bath and the heater conditions are very good. 2Things were considered by myself for not giving 10: 1- When the sofa converts to the bed, it covers all area in the saloon; not able to pass to the toilet. 2-The toilet place is not in the bathroom; it causes some unconfortable conditions."

"Úžasný útulny a čistý byt ve skvělé klidné lokalitě v dochazkové vzdálenosti od nádraží i od centra. Příjezd i odjezd bez problému není nutná přítomnost majitele klíče k vyzvednutí ve schránce. Rádi se vrátíme"

"El apartamento es pequeño pero perfecto para dos personas o incluso cuatro. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad y estaba muy limpio. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos dejó dejar las maletas antes de tiempo. La ubicación es buena, cerca de dos líneas de metro, bus y en un barrio tranquilo con supermercados, farmacias y tiendas al lado."
