"When you enter the building there is no instructions on where to go so we we rang the contact who said there was a reception. It turns out the reception is up a couple of flights of stairs. Would be a good idea for the instructions to include this. No spoon for use with cups Lovely big shower, however attention is needed cleaning the grout areas"
