"The location is fabulous, quiet tree lined area 2 minute walk from the lake and beach. Restaurants and snack bars are close by. The apartment is neat and tidy and very nicely done and well equipped. Nice outside space to enjoy. The owner was lovely, greeted us when we arrived and explained everything and was happy to provide suggestions and help as needed."

"Very nice and friendly host. Possibility to store our bikes in the carport was no problem at all. Room was with big terrace. House is directly at a bike trail with short distance to Lacanau Océan. 1 Minute walk to the lake."

"Welcome from host was wonderful, excellent communication prior to arriving and really helpful on arrival with information. Always on hand if needed. Wonderful touch to have something for me when I arrived as it was my birthday. Accommodation is perfect. Pictures don’t do it justice. Perfectly clean. We were there for 4 nights and it had everything we needed. Terrace outside was perfect for relaxing in the morning with breakfast and evenings. Restaurants and bars a 3 minute walk. Beach is the same. Right on cycle path near forest too. Walk to Lacanau Ocean is just over an hour or 20 mins on bike where there are shops/bars etc. You will need to shop before you go as there is nowhere to get supplies in Le Moutchic. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment is in a great location, a few moments walk from the nearest beach on the lake and couple of restaurants. It’s a short drive to all other local amenities as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and made checking in/out very easy which was appreciated since we were only passing through for one night."

"We loved everything - big comfy beds, fantastic walk-in shower, thick towels, modern clean facilities, patio doors onto decking, gas bbq, and close access to beach. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"

Appartement RDC spacieux ,lumineux , calme et très confortable , il est situé idéalement pour vous rendre sur l'océan Lacanau. Nous recommandons fortement l'emplacement et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci pour ce moment de détente."

"Deuxième fois que nous sejournons chez mimis House, très bel appartement en rez- de jardin. Tout est conçu pour que chaque chambre ait son intimité. Très bonne literie, petite terrasse pour profiter du dehors, très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très réactifs, bref nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons !"
