"The location!!! It was the main reason we chose this apartment. Very few in the 1st arrondisement can accommodate 4 pax. But the best surprise was actually Mr Douai, who is perfectly suited for his job! He was so helpful, punctual and kind. When our flight timing was changed, he was so accommodating and genuinely determined to help us at his own inconvenience that we were deeply comforted. After checking out and moving off, we realised we had left an item of sentimental value behind in the apartment. When we contacted him, he willingly and cheerfully came back to open the apartment for us to search for the item. He made us feel so welcomed and well supported in Paris!"
