"Jill is an exceptional host and nothing was too much trouble, with every little detail thoughtfully considered in advance. This made for a very relaxing stay where we made full use of the facilities (great WiFi, comfortable bed, powerful shower and fantastic pool) ideal place to totally relax and recharge"

"Propre, neuf, bien équipé et à proximité des pistes. Conciergerie très sympa avec un bon accueil , je reviendrais"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and full of charming details that showed the care and thoughtfulness of the owners – even though we didn’t get the chance to meet them in person. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Blanquette de Limoux, which was such a lovely surprise, and I absolutely loved the décor. We stayed for three nights in early July while exploring the area, and it was the perfect base. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Les espaces sont bien réparties, les chambres avec les suites très agréables , la décoration intérieure et les extérieurs correspondent à l'authenticité des chalets avec tout le confort en plus."

"Tout était très bien agencé et organisé. L'établissement est magnifique et l'emplacement remarquable. La piscine chauffée, au top. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Merci à Sylvie notre lien avec l'agence"

"Beautiful treehouse with full working kitchen and shower room. Sleeping outside in the tree tops was such a treat as was the swimming pool and sauna."

"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"
