"Locatie is geweldig met voldoende privacy. Het huis met zwembad is werkelijk subliem. Het zout water is veel aangenamer dan een zwembad met chloor. Alle strandjes/activiteiten op max. 25 min rijden. Een aanrader!"
"Met een hittegolf van 40 graden was airconditioning in huis welkom geweest. De eigenaars hadden wel een ventilator per kamer voorzien."
"Le cadre est très calme et paisible. La literie est très confortable. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Très agréable de pouvoir passer un moment dans la piscine vu la chaleur en Ardèche."

"Nous avons regretté l’absence de Clim quand il fait 38 degrés ! 😩en Ardèche cela me parait vraiment indispensable! D’autant que Le prix de la location reste élevé pour deux semaines. Le prix des options est exagéré également. (120 euros de ménage quand on rend une maison où il n’y a que le sol à laver )"
"la maison, très bien équipée, propre, tout est neuf, maison bien pensée, fonctionnelle, bien orientée, la piscine est grande, propre, transats confortables, nature environnante exceptionnelle pour les balades à pieds, les trails ou course à pieds, Ruoms à quelques km avec grand centre commercial, restaurants, embarcadaire pour faire la descente de l'Arcdèche, très bon accueil de Thomas, très gentil, qui nous a donné toutes les informations utiles et toujours répondu très vite."

"In a great area with a good range of shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was a good size for the family and we especially appreciated the large shower in the bathroom. Whilst the Metro is a short walk away, we found that catching the No. 72 bus was the most direct way to get into the popular tourist sights. Talking of the metro, this is a ground floor property and the metro runs along underneath the road, so you hear and feel a distant rumbling every time a train goes past. It quickly became background noise which we didn’t notice and it didn’t interrupt our sleep, however, if you’re particularly noise sensitive, this might not be the property for you. On the flip side, my kids enjoyed their ‘Marilyn Monroe moment’ when they stepped over the grates on the streets outside and their was a an updraft of air! Also be aware that the terrace / courtyard in the photos is a shared space for all the apartments, not a private one."
"Absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is beyond words. You can not dream of anything better. Very clean, in the very centre, big, modern bathroom, nice kitchen with everything one needs. Wonderful bakeri downstairs where one can eat breakfast. The building itself is a piece of art."

"Very nice, clean, and cozy place. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. Clean bathroom and bed sheets. Regular room cleaning service. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us a detailed introduction along with helpful tips. Every morning, a freshly baked croissant was waiting at our door - a much-appreciated touch. The apartment’s location is excellent. Approx. 2 mins from the Promenade and about a 10-15min walk to both the city center and Nice-Ville train station, making it perfectly convenient to explore everything on foot."
