"well appointed- close to bike route. thoughtful actions by host such as putting on air conditioning. thoroughly recommend for groups. has lovely outside area"

"L'emplacement à la limite du centre ville. Proche de la zone commerciale et sortie autoroute."

"Changement de fournisseur internet, donc pas de box. Pas de wifi et télévision, mais beaucoup de choses à faire à Beaune et alentours"

"Proximité du centre à pied, terrasse couverte agréable, parties communes spacieuses. Bonne literie. Bien pour un séjour entre amis"

"Climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans 2 chambres sous combles, ménage sanitaires limite pour un tarif ménage à 195€. Manque notice électro ménager (four). Plomberie entartrée et défectueuse cuisine et sdb, cafetière entartrée. Pas couteau qui coupe. Lave vaisselle : manque sel et liquide rinçage. Une chambre accessible en traversant une autre. Un peu sombre."

"We loved that it was walking distance to everything. We could walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and the train station+ the tram is 5 minutes away. The area has many nice, international restaurants, and the bakery is just across the street. The apartment has everything you need, and we even got a bottle of wine when we arrived. The bed is comfy, and even the sofabed was ok. According to the host, the whole apartment was refurbished one year ago. We also loved Nice itself! A beautiful, clean city, with lots of restaurants and shops, and the most wonderful old city we have ever seen."

"Lovely little apartment, never met the owner but they were considerate, kept messaging and asking how is everything and we shouldnt hesitate to contact if we need anything. There was no toaster but any other kitchen materias / appliances were there. Cleaning products were also available. It was 18 min. walk from the main train station which has been an easy walk for us. 8 min. walk to little Venice area and the covered market building where you can do food shopping as well as eat something. Tourist information was about 6 min walk and the ladies were very helpful. Near Hanzi museum you can get little trains for a tour of the town which is about 3 min walk. (Please do not sit at Salon de the du Musee cafe, manager / waitress of the place extremely rude and disrespectful to the costumers) Wi-Fi and heating system working perfectly. We stayed 5 nights, and it was a pleasant stay."

"Excellent apartment — very clean and comfortable. There's plenty of kitchenware, making it convenient to cook in the room. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival time, met us in person, showed us everything, handed over the keys, and recommended some excursions. We were welcomed with a small complimentary grocery package. We highly recommend paying attention to this apartment!"
