"We arrived late in Paris, around 8pm, and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready due to a curtain repair. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi and sauna, even though we had only booked a standard room. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very luxurious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient—close to the metro and only about 30 minutes from major tourist attractions. I also want to highlight their excellent customer service. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they promptly mailed it back to me while keeping me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Fatenne for the outstanding service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Location: 10 minutes walking to metro, 3 minutes to groceries, family restaurant and really good boulangerie nearby. Quite and peacefull district, no tourist crowds Apartments located in a kind of renovated manor with luxurious front entrance. There are both an elevator and wooden ladder to get upstairs. The room is quite small even for two persons, but has all needed facilities, even microwave and coffee machine with capsules. Air conditioner is presented too, which is rare thing for Paris' apartmnets. We like how manor history is mixed with modern arts. Trully recommend staying here."
