"Exceptional. Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable and a large space. You are in the heart of Angers with everything close by. Philippe is a great host, easy to contact and very quick to respond. Good value parking nearby if needed."

"Appartement très propre, spacieux ,calme et très bien situé . Accès facile et notre hôte Philippe était très aimable et accueillant. Machine à café simple.Merci pour les quelques disettes qui dépannent à l'arrivée. Douche très agréable, salle de bains petite mais la chambre est tellement grande! Canapé lit du salon Très comfortable Vue arborée ! Très belle décoration !"

"Bendravimas su savininku nebuvo malonus. 1-3 paroms butas būtų labai geras, bet nuomoti 8 paroms šeimininkai nėra pasiruošę. Dėl kai kurių dalykų (pvz. tualetinio popieriaus, dušo želė, virtuvėje popierinių rankšluosčių ir šiukšlių maišelių), kurie buvo nurodyti (ne 1 ar 2 dienoms) užsakyme, šeimininkas pasiūlė eiti į parduotuvę ir įsigyti. Atvykus teko laukti prie užrakintų vartų gatvėje, stipriai lyjant su daiktais vos ne pusvalandį, nors apie atvykimo laiką buvo pranešta iš anksto."
