Located in Sevrier (close to Annecy) in a quite neighborhood right on the bike trails and within a walking distance to supermarkets and some local restaurants. The closest beach is within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and air conditioning in the living room."
