"A very beautiful place. A great welcome and superb home cooked dinner and lovely breakfast. Really peaceful. Great nights sleep in a large, comfortable room."

"The hosts were great and did all in their power to make our stay comfortable. The bonus was a great dinner cooked by our hosts using ingredients from their garden. The place is peaceful with a great mountain view and a close location to two nature reserves and the town of Chambery. There is also an automatic laundry nearby."

"What a beautiful house and gardens in stunning surroundings with the Alps as a back drop. Our hosts were welcoming and very kind and helpful making us all welcome, including our dog. We had Le Plat du Jour which was delicious and perfect after a long day driving. Thank you"

"Lovely fresh breakfast with homemade jams, delicious apple juice. The fireplace area was very cosy for reading and playing games, and having the apéro. Our host was very accomodating and helpful."

"The location is a quiet village away from the main road, and backs onto some natural forest area for great trail access."
"We love the proximity to the centre of the town, the old world ambience of the hotel and value for money . I stayed here last year and we really enjoyed the location, the decor. It was lovely. It’s a very old building so expect some quirky features. I took many photos of the classic decor. Parking is free in the streets around the hotel with plenty of options. It’s a quiet city centre so we didn’t feel worried at all about our car. The Abbey car park was most convenient."
