"I like everything about my stay! The apartment is really nice, very central, very close to the lake and with all the amenities you need. And I have to mention Maxime the host, who is amazing! My stay has been much better because of him! If you go to Annecy this is the place to stay!!"

"The apartment was an easy walk from the train station, the lake and old town. Loved having a sofa and dining area after staying in hotels. It was a charming unit."
"There is a wine bar downstairs with outdoor seating but it’s closest to the kitchen and bathroom so that any noise is minimal in the living room and bedroom."

"Superbe séjour aux Echoppes. Le logement est idéalement situé, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le balcon est très appréciable, ainsi que les ventilateurs/humidificateurs qui permettent de bien rafraîchir l'intérieur. Maxime a été très disponible et réactif dans nos échanges. Je vous recommande cet hébergement !"

"Le logement est idéalement situé pour faire toutes les visites à pied sur Annecy et proche de tous les commerces et restaurants. Le logement était spacieux, nous avons pu faire dormir notre bébé dans le salon, à l’écart. Le balcon était également appréciable. Des consommables étaient fournis pour la toilette et la cuisine."
"Le quartier est très bruyant (surtout la nuit du samedi au dimanche). Il fait donc assez chaud dans l’appartement (fin juin 2023) car difficile de dormir fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit. Les ventilateurs fournis sont aussi très bruyants, même au minimum (pas de mode nuit). Vapeurs de cannabis tous les soirs sur le balcon et qui peuvent gêner certaines personnes."

"So much about this flat is fantastic. Excellent location in the Vieille Ville (Old Town). You can see the sea from the apartment if you (carefully) lean out of the window. An Epicerie with items to buy for breakfast (milk, cereal, sliced bread etc) was 30m away; perfect! The flat is 50m from where you pick up the keys; also perfect! Would definitely return."

"It was one of the best experience that I had. Everything was breath taking: the landscape, the village, the house. It is an old house, extremly well maintaned and looked after. Very, very clean and comfortable. The fresh air and the complete silence make this location perfect. There is a parking space in front of the house and the posibility to have a breakfast that includes home made bread and jams. The communication with the host was excellent. She is a very nice person and she provided all the necessary information. I definetly recommend this location."

"L'accueil chaleureux et l'effet "whawww!!" en rentrant dès l'ouverture de la porte (vue directe sur la mer). La disponibilité de Saliha et sa gentillesse ! Les équipements au top!!! Le calme et la situation géographique sensationnelle !! La terrasse confortable, la cuisine ultra fonctionnelle et très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager...). La douche très grande. Tout! Nous avons tout aimé !!! Vacances parfaites grâce à ce logement !"

"Arrived a little late for check-in so felt staff were a little rushed but room was large and bright with nice view over gardens. Large en suite shower room and nice breakfast. Property feels a little tired and empty but suited our needs for a one night stay. Got to walk around lake before leaving which was nice."
