I would have liked to have met the owner/manager to get a personal feel rather than through messaging on the app. The toiletries provided were inadequate for a 4 night stay for 2 people."

"The pre-stay emails from Booking.com or the owner, are confusing and did not come in the correct order chronologically. For us, we had no communication about how to access the key box or find our room until the day after we arrived! We eventually managed to get it sorted the evening we arrived, but it was frustrating to say the least, with the provided contact proving entirely ineffective."
