"Bel appartement, très bien équipé, très bien situé, facile d'accès et de parking. 3 belles chambres, de beaux volumes. Parfait pour résider en famille très prêt de la Suisse ou du joli village d'Yvoire. Les hôtes sont charmants et très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons."

"L'âge de ce logement explique sans doute les quelques besoins de rafraichissement qui seraient nécessaires, sans pour autant être actuellement, en l'état, un frein à son utilisation."

"Хозяин дома был очень вежлив.владеет русским языком. Очень спокойное место. Было чисто."

"Все хорошо, но надо отремонтировать вытяжку кухни, она не работает,об этом хозяин предупредил , если готовить то надо открывать все окно , запах от еды остается долго.вы почувствуете сразу когда зайдете из улицы."

"A very nice apartment, with beautiful furnishings with attention to detail. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Jacuzzi was a big plus (especially after a long hike). Very quiet area, we slept very well, beds also very comfortable. Location is very good, you are quickly in Geneva or in the mountains for hiking or biking, beautiful lakes also close by. Exceptionally great host, always easy to reach and he gave us great tips for the region like for restaurants or places to visit. He also told us about the history of the building, which he extensively renovated a few years ago. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Haute-Savoie, this is the place for you !"

"L'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux et il n'a pas été avare en bons conseils. La location est proche (un dizaine de kms) des Sable d'Olonne tout en étant à la campagne et proche du port de Bourgenay et de la plage du Veillon. A ce sujet très calme et reposant. La literie est de qualité et l'ensemble est fonctionnel. La possibilité de se garer en sécurité avec un portail électrique est un plus."

South facing, it is perfect for evening sunsets after a day exploring the region. 15 mins from Sancerre, 30-50 mins from other beautiful spots and vineyards in the region. Valerie is a great host, highly recommend staying here. Perfect location if you have an event at the Chateau Beaujeu and want your privacy, it is literally 5 mins away."
