"Very central location, yet very quiet. Very helpful host. very well equipped apartment. Hosts left some snacks, and coffee and teas. Parking is very nearby, and free of charge if you you arrive after 19:00 and leave before 8:00. And from 08:00 to 0:30, but then you have to 'validate' twice to get the first 30 minutes free. This is perfect because it gives you time to go to the very nearby boulangerie for some warm 'pains au chocolat' ;-)"

"Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and about 25 minutes' walk from the old town. The house is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with high quality accessories for cooking, laundry, etc. The view from the balcony was magnificent but too noisy because of the traffic on the street (it's the same all along the Promenade des Anglais). However, noise was not a problem inside the house when the balcony door was closed. Taking of the house keys was also quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend this accommodation if you are planning a family vacation as in your home but close to the beach in beautiful Nice."
