"Excellent location. A flat with Excellent facilities. A balcony for two overlooking the canal. The owner is responsive. This is my third stay here."

"The apartment was spotless and everything was there that would be needed for a few nights' stay, plenty of coffee pods, etc. Proximity to market hall, canal and roman museum. Good communication with the host re check in, etc."
"If the shutters had fully worked, the traffic noise would have been reduced. As it was, the road wasn't all that busy, so the noise didn't actually bother us. Just a point for the future."

"The owners are very responsive. It is my second stay at Le Monica and each time I found the flat, comfortable, clean, well equipped. The shower is lovely and hot. It has air-condition and effective heating. The location is exceptional. Parking is available both paid and free within meters. The indoor Market, restaurants, city centre are within few steps. The balcony overlooks the canal. Narbonne is a lovely place to visit."

"Great location, walking distance to old centre. Very secure. Easy check in with keybox. Good instructions. Although small the studio has everything you need and is well equipped. Parking for a fee outside, although free on weekends and after 6pm. But free parking just in next adjacent section, about 50metres away."

"L'emplacement est idéal: accès à la station de Val Louron en voiture, accès à la station de Peyragude en télécabines, accès aux thermes Balnea et au lac à pied. Commodités et restaurants proches. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentille."

"Ein wunderschönes Bauernhaus mit privatem Garten und großem Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Bäder in einem top Zustand. Die eigene Boule Bahn, sowie der Basketballkorb im öffentlichen Bereich wurden von uns gern genutzt. Nach Beaucaire fährt man nur wenige Minuten, wo man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants findet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!"

"Lovely apartment with great view of the fishing port. Good contact from owner with arrival instructions. Well appointed and clean. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to self cater. We didn't. Great to have the extra room an apartment offers after a couple of nights in "cosy" hotel rooms. Bear in mind it's on the third floor, up a narrow stairs. Take care, but easily doable. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants."
"Loved our stay. Have 0 complaints. Françoise was super welcoming and we really appreciated her letting us check in an hour early when our train arrives. Also, her restaurant recommendations were spot on. 👍"
