"Pas aimé n’est pas le bon terme… nous avons prévu de visiter quelques lieux emblématiques de la Camargue (aigues mortes, les saintes Marie de la mer, son parc ornithologique le Grau du Roi, …) …. Minimum 45 minutes de routes…"

"on initial arrival at our booked apartment - keys in the lock box were stuck! it would not open. Promptly after a call to MyCasa assistance arrived to help us. The apartment was not as per the images/ sea view required angling head out of window/ no aircon/ soiled towels & arm chair. Upon discussion our concerns were listened to & we were offered another apartment in a different location, which had aircon/ was a clean & modern duplex located in a nice area with lots of bars & restaurants. MyCasa were helpful and did call us later that day to ensure we were satisfied with our new apartment, they offered excellent customer service."
