"Excellent central but quiet position in a beautiful street in the old part of town, characterful nature of house. Spacious, light, well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Convenient access to river, walks, restaurants etc. Birdsong from the surrounding gardens in the mornings. Friendly, helpful host who speaks English and met us to give us the keys, show us round and explain how things work. Parking (paid) close at hand. although might be a bit more difficult to find a space really close in the summer and at weekends. However you can pull up outside to unpack luggage."

"Rather steep stairs for older folk like us. Thin bedroom curtains let in street lights so you might need a sleep mask. Lack of independent control over heating (it was still a little cool in the evenings the week we were there). It had to be turned on remotely by host, who was obliging."

"Heel gezellig huis, alles was aanwezig, het was erg schoon en de eigenaar supervriendelijk, heerlijke tijd gehad! De omgeving is prachtig, je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en fietsen en de baai is geweldig."
