"The very helpful and hard-working staff. The quality of evening meals was unexpectedly amazing."
"Quite noisy (presumably diners and kitchen clearing) between 10pm and midnight each evening, at least in our room which was on the entrance side of the hotel and above the reception area. Our friends had a Comfort room (with double door) overlooking the river and heard very little noise"

"Great location in the medieval town of Carennac. Very nice hosts who provided a garage for our motorbike. Nice room overlooking the river, comfortable bed, tea making facilities, hot shower. The food in the restaurant was so very good. The owner is the chef and changes the well thought out menu every 3 months. This is a very welcoming hotel with great staff whose customer service is excellent."
