"Nice, clean apartment, close to the train station, but about 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Wonderful bathroom on the ground floor, on the first - the door does not close and there are no hooks for towels or clothes. Very strange. If you sleep on the sofa (on the ground floor), be aware that the light is motion sensitive and may disturb those sleeping on the first floor (we found it amusing). This is not a problem if you don't stay for a long time. This is a good choice for a family with teenage children (stairs are not safe for little children) Professional, responsive staff. I will recommend this apartment to my friends."

"Raphäel was excellent. I needed to contact him a few times about minor issues and every time he responded really quickly. The duplex is a good size with 2 good bedrooms with comfortable beds and usb sockets provided. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is excellent. There were plenty of toilet rolls and coffee pods and some dishwasher tablets. The duplex is in an excellent location about 15 minutes walk into Dijon and the station."

"The stairs are quite steep and narrow and the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms took a bit of getting used to."

"It was really spacious for a family with an upper floor and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, had everything for a short stay. We could park on the street at night, only to pay daytime but we left in the morning. Comfortable stay, good location and we had a good sleep."

"It was a bit stressful in the beginning to get the codes to the property. The property needed a suprising 400 Euros deposit which was a bit worrying. I didn't trust first and called Booking but they assured us it is not a scam and promised to pay back if anything goes wrong. I could use my credit card which has an allowance. It is understandable though they protect themselves as some wild guests can cause damage but we stressed a bit waiting in front of the property in the evening."

"El telefono del propietario del alojamiento no funciona. Y dificulta la comunicación con este. La cocina no tiene cuchillos para cocinar. El deposito no te lo retienen, te lo sacan directamente."

"L'accesso al piano superiore dove ci sono le camere da letto potrebbe non essere accessibile a tutti perchè presenta una scala un pò ripida, sarebbe forse opportuno segnalarlo nell'annuncio. Per i turisti non francesi potrebbe essere utile una smart tv anzichè una tv con solo canali francesi, ma è solo un suggerimento per migliorare una struttura comunque molto accogliente."

"La scala per il piano superiore è molto ripida, bisogna segnalarlo nell'annuncio perché non è accessibile a tutti. Al piano terra non ci sono armadi per riporre i vestiti, ma per un soggiorno di pochi giorni ci si può adattare facilmente. Sarebbe utile lasciare sempre il detersivo della lavastoviglie."
