"Super convenient location just at the old streets of Yvoire. The accommodation is well furnished and very comfortable. Love the design of the house as well. Will definitely recommend to stay here to people visiting this quaint little town!!"

"We stayed in this apartment for just one night (for a football trip). Excellent facilities, good beds, shower & kitchen area. Close enough to metro and tram stations, and only 40 minutes walk to Parc des Princes. Good communications with the owner."

"Very nice location, possibility to walk in little forest just behind the property. Very well maintained. Good breakfast"

"lovely apartment with amazing view. Highely equipped kitchen. Towels. Laundry machine with tablets. Small and very nice balconys. warmly recommended!"

"Amazing location and great value for the money. In the very core of Nice, few minutes walk from Garibaldi and the port. Plus, the host was always available to help out and answer all of the questions"

"Nice, clean and comfortable room Easy parking in front of the hotel"
