"Breakfast was phenomenal and the host actually tailors it to your requests. Owner did most of the renovations himself and there is a very nice combination of old and new inside the structure. I highly recommend the experience."

"We were driving through France and this place was perfect for our route. We wanted something a bit special for the night and we absolutely found it. Le Chateau has character and history and something interesting to see in every room. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts Paul and Melissa from the second we booked to the second we departed. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we ever back this way will certainly stay again."
"The only small thing is the possibility of having to share a bathroom if other people were also staying here and this would not be my personal preference. I am really nitpicking now and maybe the other rooms have their own bathrooms and I’m not sure so apologise if this is the case."

"Loved the location within half hour of beaches and towns but still quiet and rural.. Lots of space for the little ones to run around. They loved the toys in the house and the pool. Aurelie and her husband were very friendly and approachable also easily contactable."

"The apartment is a hidden gem at the heart of Annecy. It is clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. The building is an old one but the apartment is freshly renovated.We loved the location-clise to the lake, at the heart of the old town. We do recommend the place"

"Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A few flights of stairs to the apartment. We didnt mind but useful to know if youre not too nimble on your feet!"
"Such a peaceful setting with beautiful grounds and a lovely swimming pool… although the weather was cool during our stay my husband managed a swim each day! The house and rooms are beautifully decorated and they are spacious with a lovely bathroom. Location is good for getting to all the main tourist attractions and there are a few good restaurants a short drive away. Breakfast was amazing.. fresh croissants and bread every day with cheeses, charcuterie cereals, yogurt and fruit plus an egg of your choice!!! It certainly set us up for the day . And of course Ina and Uwe were exceptional hosts.. we even had a fire 2 mornings due to it being uncharacteristically cold in early September!! Thank you for a very relaxing 3days"

The apartment’s style really suited my taste, and the layout was ideal, with two bedrooms, a separate living room with a comfortable sofa, and a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for a family of four. It was also nice and peaceful. The building itself is older and full of charm, which added to the overall experience."
