Le chalet d'Emile

"Stunning location. Clean house. Excellent communication. Great amenities."

"By some way this was the finest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Many places fall under the ‘chateau’ banner but this was the real deal. Magnificent rooms , comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished in a location that somehow took ‘peaceful’ to another level. The host was most helpful in recommending places to visit that helped make this an unforgettable stay."

"we loved the location, the cleanliness, the facilities and the kindness by the owners and great communications x"

"Lots of charm, lovely quiet part of France in the heart of Charente"

"Did not match the photos on the website, nor even in this review request. They are for a larger gîte next door which is what I had thought I was booking. So, it was ok, we made do, safe, clean convenient ."

"The dinner & breakfast cooked by the host along with the interesting conversation with both hosts over dinner & other times. The accommodation was comfortable which also provided privacy!"
