"Incredibly calm location, huge space, very private. Highly enjoyable view from the dorma window."

"Lovely atmosphere in this quiet house set in trees and fields. The woman who owns the place is also extremely friendly and welcoming (quickly and pleasantly helping me sort out my booking once we realised I'd initially booked the wrong dates...). Her little dog is also very cute and adds to the atmosphere."

"Superb - a small B&B (chambres d'hote) with just 3 rooms in a quiet village setting about 20km north of Sancerre with its countless vineyards. Proprietor is very welcoming and helpful, breakfast excellent with home made preserves, fresh bread, croissants fruit etc"

"Lovely "Chambres d'Hote" accommodation with very welcoming host. We opted to have the home-cooked dinner which was delicious and inexpensive. Well located in the countryside, good for exploring the Sancerre region with its many wine and goats cheese ("Crottins de Chavignol") producers."

"My only fault is that the place isn't brilliantly well signposted, especially if you arrive in the dark as I did. I ended up driving up the neighbours' drive! But, once you're in, it's a really lovely place to spend the night."

"Halte pour couper 11h de route un 15 août : accueil chaleureux de Mme Edmont dans un environnement calme et reposant 👍nous avons pu déguster nos emplettes (à 15mn : Sancerre, terrines, crottins de Chavignol) sur la terrasse, en profitant de l'air rafraîchissant de la fin de journée. Accès à toutes les facilités pour enchaîner notre voyage (frigo, congélateur) et chambre très confortable+++"
"Notre départ très tôt ! Nous n'avions pas le temps de profiter du copieux petit déjeuner pour garantir notre arrivée en famille à l'heure alors .... Mme Edmont nous a quand même préparé un petit café à 6h! Adorable"
"Hôtesse exceptionnelle, attentive et disponible pour tout. Voyageant à vélo, et la météo étant très chaude, Edith a accepté de nous recevoir dès le tout début d'après-midi. Suite à notre proposition, nous avons eu grand plaisir de dîner dans le jardin avec elle. Ainsi nous avons pu échanger de façon très amicale et cordiale. De plus elle a permis de partir à la fraîche en nous servant un super petit déjeuner dès 6h du matin ! Y compris en nous concoctant une délicieuse omelette. Un très grand merci. À recommander chaleureusement."
