"Everything was great. It was super clean & the pillows' sheets & towels smelt so good. Although it was a studio, there was enough comfortable space for our family. The distance to the beach is a plus, as it is so close & it was easy to access just across the street from the residence. Having the private parking was very convenient as it is a must in Cannes to have accessible parking as it's so hard to find any spot to park in. Even though the kitchen was tiny & only 1 person can be in it at a time, it was fully equipped with everything that is essential. Another good point about this place is that the bathroom is right at the entrance of the house, making it an ideal place to go directly into after coming back all sandy & wet from the beach. The air-conditioning cooled perfectly. The balcony was spacious enough to have a seating area & an area to hang dry clothes. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable."

"A very well appointed apartment in Boulogne old town and in a street that has many restaurants to choose from. Nothing major to complain about. It was a little cool when we arrived in the rooms, once we'd tried to retrieve the keys from the key safe, which proved quite a challenge! Would however strongly recommend it. Very good value for money."
