"Charming house and lovely room. Made very welcome by host."

"La Maison Céladon was clean and quiet and there was a garage to accommodate our bicycles. The shower was very good. The building dates back several centuries and has an interesting history and ambiance. From our top-floor room we were able to enjoy the sound of birdsong, including the cuckoo (early June). We enjoyed talking to Jean-Paul over breakfast. You have a glimpse of life in this corner of rural France."
"There was nothing we disliked, but guests with limited mobility would be well advised to choose a ground-floor room as the stairs are quite steep. Wifi was not working while we were there, but this was not a problem as there was a good mobile signal."
"We stayed here on our way to our holiday destination and on the way back again. We were able to have two rooms with a shared bathroom together in a little suite as we were travelling with our daughter. The accommodation was perfect, very French with lovely furniture and pictures and our host couldn’t have been more charming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to have an evening meal at a nearby campsite which was delicious and very reasonable."

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Kirchplatz gleich gegenüber einer alten Kirche. Der Ort ist pittoresk und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und behaglich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr französisch mit leckeren frischen Croissants. Ganz in der Nähe ist der wunderschöne Garten von Sassnière!"

"Dearest Chantal and Jean-Francois were the kindest and most toughtful hosts you can imagine. We spent a week in their Provence-dream place and we enjoyed it so much! The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are absolutely stunning. We loved our time spent there, from delicious breakfast to quiet moments by the pool. I think our dog enjoyed it too :) the location is the best to explore the area. I think its very clear where we would stay if were ever in Provence again. Thank you again for everything! PS - I bought the Peter Mayle book :)"
