LA MAISON BLEUE

"Un accueil formidable, une jolie rencontre humaine et un hôte qui met tout en place pour que le séjour soit parfait. Un chien câlin et un chat qui sait se faire désirer .."

"The property is comfortable and warm, bedrooms a good size with comfortable memory foam mattresses. There is storage enough for short stays - all we needed. Lovely social dining and kitchen space with two large sofas for chilling The bathroom upstairs is large with a bath and shower, toiletries are provided as are towels and robes - a lovely touch. But this is the only bathroom/ shower room - there is a toilet & bedroom downstairs Location is great for the Christmas markets and town but far enough away to be quiet at night. There is a supermarket across the road and it is well stocked and reasonable. Hosts were incredible as we arrived very late and they met us with baguettes and cheese and a smile. We asked questions before we arrived and Sabina also booked us a meal in a small local restaurant for our last day, which she went out of her way to do. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all a wonderful stay!"

"The apartments are stylish and beautifully furnished. The location is excellent. There is a place for a pushchair on the ground floor in the hall"

"Un gîte bien adapté à une personne en fauteuil roulant."

"Alles was perfect. Zeer netjes, zeer rustig. Leuk dat er sauna en jacuzzi aanwezig was. Een uitstekende plaats om echt tot rust te komen."

"We had a very happy stay at the Bastide Derroc . Patrice made us very welcome with good recommendations of places to visit and the house felt very much like home by the time we left. Cotignac is a charming village and is only a 10 minute walk along country paths so we were able to walk into the village for dinner or to collect bread and croissants in the morning. As we were there in the middle of February we were not able to take full advantage of the outside seating areas and pool area which were all very pretty and comfortable but the open fire in the sitting room made the evenings very cosy. Lots of pretty villages to visit within a half hour radius - we recommend the Abbaye de Thoronet, Moustiers Sainte Marie, the Lac de St Croix, Entrecasteaux and St Martin de Pallieres - both the latter have a chateau to visit although they were closed for the winter when we were there so could only admire from the outside."

"This place lives up to its name. Lovely space with all amenities. I was able to park the motorcycle outside within view. Good response from owner. Very pleasant surprise and good value."
