"It was tricky understanding how to retrieve the keys. The instructions should be written more clearly; consider that travelers are tired and hungry and would benefit from easier key retrieval instructions. The lady who was cleaning allowed us to leave our luggage before check in, which was a real help. She was kind and friendly - we appreciated her! We kept trying to find out where to dispose of our garbage during our stay and were frustrated about what appeared to be AI answers which were no help. We would have preferred to talk to a live person. Maybe detailed instructions on the printed cards about this matter. Otherwise this apartment was beautiful and comfortable!!"
