"The house was really nice, as were the owners. We enjoyed the tranquillity of the garden and different spaces to relax, play card games, read a book or play sports. In the village, we made use of the tennis and basketball courts. The local bakery has delicious pastries and bread. There is lots to do in the area. The waterpark near Caen was a great outing."

We were made to feel very welcome and the food for breakfast was amazing all fresh produce home cooked that morning. Beautiful accommodation and garden which you could access if you wished. An overall great stay with very friendly hosts."
"From we moment we messaged the hosts until we left, they were super helpful. The older couple had little English but certainly got by. The younger couple outstanding, we were certainly looked after. Hosts picked us up (4 people with backpacks) from train station in 2 cars and returned us to the station at the end of our stay. Also taking & picking up us to & from the Sir John Monash centre as the weather was a little ordinary. Great breakfast spread."
"The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the tunnel and to hop on the A16 to explore the area. Big shopping centre 5 minutes away for a rainy day and to bring back some cheap wine. The gite was very self contained and had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the views over the field and the cows looking in the window. Very easy trip that was close to everything we needed but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere for a relaxing time. Host was lovely, very helpful and friendly. She also had a box so we could watch English TV when we wanted."
"We couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The experience was beyond our expectations. The place has such rich history, one cannot stop exploring every corner. The owners, John and Josette, made us feel like home. John shared top places to visit in the area, as well as shared the story of the place. We’ve had some great morning and evening talks with him, felt really special! Breakfast with jams from local orchard were the cherry on top. Considering coming back in summer! This is really the best stay we’ve ever had."
