"Jean-Pierre is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome on arrival. He explained everything very clearly to us and graciously let me practice my French with him! The room was beautiful and the views from the property are really fabulous. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, and Jean-Pierre even cooked bacon and eggs for us. The nearby small village of Lasseube is charming. We would happily return to stay with Jean-Pierre if we were in this beautiful area of France again. We travelled from the UK by electric car and are pleased to report that the charger in the village worked very well for us."

"Mooie rustige locatie nabij Pau met een uitermate vriendelijke en zeer gastvrije eigenaar Jean-Pierre. Faciliteiten prima op orde en een uitstekende dagelijkse verzorging van de kamer en niet te vergeten het ontbijt!"
"Eigenlijk niets. De badkamer is verhoudingsgewijs wat aan de kleine kant, maar heeft alle faciliteiten."

"La casa es una auténtica pasada. Es super amplia, totalmente equipada y sobre todo decorada con increíble gusto. La zona de parrilla es genial y da todo el día el sol en esa zona. Salón y cocina amplios para grupos grandes. La comunicación con el host perfecta. Es una casa a la que las fotos no le hacen justicia."

"An isolated spot that suited us fine. The interior is renovatated to a luxurious standad, very well equiped and comfortable. The owner was most understanding about the delay in our arrival, owing to a deluge and consequent traffic chaos around Bordeaux. Nearby Saint-Jean-d'Angely is both pretty and interesting."
