"It is located up the hill. If you don’t have a car is a quite a walk uphill from the town centre. However bus stop is just outside the property. On week days service is good."

"I would advise bringing an eye mask as the room is bright early on. If no car, use Uber (13 e) rather than private hire (22 e). This was for a mile. In fairness, not sure how available Uber is FROM the location into Grasse."

"We had a fabulous stay at La Colombière with Mr. Olivier as our host. The residence is located in a very calm area and the views as well as the garden are amazing. The pool area was very nice and we stayed in an apartment downstairs so we had our own patio which was really nice. After a twenty minute walk (down hill!) you will reach the old town of Grasse, with restaurants and the famous perfumeries shops. We had some trouble getting an Uber to the address, so I would advise to book ahead if you plan to travel by Taxi or Uber. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the property but the bus departures relatively infrequently. Mr. Olivier was incredibly helpful with everything we asked him about, and he arrived every morning with a baguette and croissants at a small cost. We really had a memorable time during our stay in Grasse and we warmly recommend La Colombière!"

"The large and well decoratated room was of exceptional quality, such as the use of Grohe toilet and tapware. The breakfast offered a very good choice of cold meats and cheeses, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baguetts and croissants and home made style jams. Excellent facilities of a pool and gym equipment were available. And finally the host was very welcoming and friendly."
