"No fault of the owners but being near a restaurant that decided to set up at 4 AM right underneath the bedroom windows. Extremely Loud . Again no fault of the owners. It looks tired on the outside but inside is spectacular. Needs more than 1 teatowll"

"great location , huge rooms , windows in the communal area overlooked the square . I expected parking to be awkward but I was pleasantly surprised at how close to the house we could park for a small parking change."

"In the middle of Epernay, nicely located with plenty of public parking areas around. The house itself is freshly renovated and lovely with three bathrooms. Everything is in walking distance (butcher, several bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets) especially the Av. de Champagne :-)."
