"The property was in excellent location close to great restaurants and shopping areas. Easy to navigate and walk around beautiful Épernay. Plenty of room to socialise or get own space in this property. It is spectacular and full of character and charm."
"No fault of the owners but being near a restaurant that decided to set up at 4 AM right underneath the bedroom windows. Extremely Loud . Again no fault of the owners. It looks tired on the outside but inside is spectacular. Needs more than 1 teatowll"

"In the middle of Epernay, nicely located with plenty of public parking areas around. The house itself is freshly renovated and lovely with three bathrooms. Everything is in walking distance (butcher, several bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets) especially the Av. de Champagne :-)."
