"Most friendly host we have ever experienced. The house/apartment is the ground floor of a romanesque villa with a superb pool and a stunning view on the Mediterranean sea/bay of Cavalaire sur Mer. The vue-mer is amazing during the day and the spectacular lights in the evening are impressive. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and spacious kitchen/living. Terras offers numerous seats/beds with stunning views and/or enough shade."

"If I were Michel (host) I would outsource the cleaning of the house, spend 5K at Ikea for 2024 furniture, linnen/towels allround and install airco in the bedrooms."

"La vue est exceptionnelle. La piscine est très agréable et plutôt bien entretenue."

"Les équipements prévus ne sont pas à la hauteur ! Le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver ne fonctionnaient pas alors qu'ils sont annoncés. Ce n'est pas acceptable. Le mobilier est sérieusement à revoir ainsi qu'un ménage en profondeur."

"Die Möbel sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und drohen muffig zu werden.Der Vermieter sollte sich unbedingt Putzkräfte leisten und mit Mitte 80 nicht mehr alles selbst machen.....wäre definitiv besser."

"Die Lage ist traumhaft mit direktem Meerblick. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und macht diesen Urlaub perfekt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Dusche im Bad ist neu und ausreichend groß."

"Die Auffahrt ist für ein großes Auto etwas eng aber machbar. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist in einem separaten Anbau und nicht direkt in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung könnte teilweise ausgetauscht werden ist aber voll funktionsfähig."
