Kimi Residence provides apartments located 2 km from the Cannes Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. "The residence ticked all the boxes for us. It was good value for money, clean with modern equipment, the unit is self catering with all the essentials.This Gem of a place is located within walking distance to the city centre and close to a local supermarket. The staff were very friendly and they spoke English. I would definitely recommend this place."

"A very convenient hotel for independent travelers. Excellent location, just 6 minutes from one metro line and 17 minutes from another. The room is very clean and has everything you need for a restful sleep and personal hygiene. The staff is very nice and friendly."

"Lovely receptionist, who was very multilingual greeted us with a smile and checked us in promptly. Our room was a bit of a walk towards the back of the building but was very peaceful and further down the corridor was a back stairs which gave access to the park car park which was convenient. Great to have a sport so near the town that both accepted our dog and had car parking. Highly recommend. Also a very good breakfast."
