"It was as described pool was great on hot days to cool off was close to city centre"
"It was not as clean as it could have been for example bbq had not been cleaned after last use so we couldn’t use it plug sockets not secured so some were unusable and dangerous"

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had the most amazing stay at this villa near Nice! We were a group of 9, and the property was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything – a fantastic pool with accessories, an outdoor grill and dining area, soccer and volleyball courts, and even a second kitchen and fridge which was so useful for a big group. The main kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need (including a dishwasher), and the whole villa was beautifully presented and spotless. The location was ideal too – just a 20-minute taxi drive to Nice and close to some lovely restaurants at the marina. Elena was the perfect host: welcoming, kind, and always helpful. We had such a lovely time and would love to come back! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect holiday stay. 💛"
