"The price! The peace, the staff were amazing. I got ost trying to find it and I rang and he walked out to where I was 5 mins away and effectively showed me the way. Rooms very simple but spotlessly clean . Great shower . Breakfast delicious but the staff really smile and are so friendly 10/10 from me for the price and I’d recommend and stay again."

"This hotel offers great value - it is not flashy but in a historic building and very clean and comfortable - free parking a bonus"
"Shower leaked on the floor"
"Very central - ideally located in the middle of Chartres, close to the Cathedral, in a beautiful building. Staff gave us a free upgrade to adjoining rooms, which was greatly appreciated."
"The bathrooms and drains were quite smelly in one of the rooms, so we tried not to use it. There was no TV in the quad room, just some cables. A fridge in the room would have been handy."
"The location is excellent. A few steps away from the cathedral. Breakfast was very good, enough to satisfy most people's appetite."
"I mentioned in another review that having a table in the room would have been helpful."
"Position and reasonable price although basic was very good"
"Could do with a kettle in room"
"Great selection of breakfast foods nice coffee too"
"Nothing really all very good"
"Amazing location in historical building Nice staff"
"Check out is at 10am and staff we waiting outside from 30 minutes before"
"Really great location and very comfortable beds. Staff very helpful when I needed to go to hospital."
"Nothing - It is a little tricky to find using Sat Nav - if you are driving check with the hotel how to access the car park."
"Perfect location and all you can ever want for a simĺe overnight stay."

"Breakfast was good Very quiet location Very close to Cathedral and restaurants"
"It was puzzling driving through Chartes to reach hotel due to the pedestrian only access to hotel You can overcome the retractable bollards on roads when you have the instructions from hotel"

"A Relais-Chateau property in a lovely location just outside Albi...the experience was excellent. The view over the river was calm and peaceful and the room very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both good. Service from the front desk excellent. I would stay there again gladly."
"Good location, good breakfast, kind and helpful owner."
István Logis Hôtel Le Saint Florent
"Very comfortable, pleasant staff and great breakfasts! Located centrally in the city but quite a distance from the train station, we were happy to order up a taxi for departure but none available at the station upon arrival so a long walk with luggage in the evening darkness."
Luella Hotel Heritage
"Cozy hotel in a great location, staff was welcoming, friendly and professional and room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Extra points for delicious breakfast :) Will definitely visit again."
Veronika Les Jardins De La Villa
"Great breakfast. Lots of variety and a good amount. Tasty too. Staff really helpful. Good location. Room comfy and clean. Great bar ( O'Witch Berry) very close by. Other guests very friendly."
"Solid, honest 2-star hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Quick check-in. This hotel does not imitate 3 or 4 stars hotel simply by putting nonsense into the interior and charging you extra for everything. Here you get what you pay for: a good place to rest and sleep after a road trip. Good job!"
Roman Kyriad Rennes Nord Hotel
"If you’re travelling the Route Napoleon by car from Grasse to Lyon like we were, this hotel makes a perfect half way stop. Not really near anything but next to a Brewpub that fortunately for us, being a Friday, had a great atmosphere and a live band. Room was entirely as expected with nothing whatsoever to complain about. Did not have the time to use the spa facilities and didn’t use the property for either dinner and breakfast as we prefer to go and explore the surroundings."
Richard Ax Hôtel Spa & Restaurant
"Handy for the motorway. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We would stay there again."
"The members of staff are really friendly and helpful. So peaceful and quiet area, my daughter and I love this hotel very much! We would love to recommend this to our friends and family, definitely give 5 stars to it."
