Hotel Palais Bourbon

"Location was great, staff were friendly and room was lovely."

"No spare seats in the room to sit during the day or evening, a couple arm chairs would have been great addition to the room."

"Very helpful personnel, very clean room and bathroom, great location, comfortable bed, slept very well, safe area of the city, quiet at night."

"Aucun."

"The location is great — hard to beat! The room has a very comfortable bed and enough space to feel relaxed. One of the highlights was the 24/7 check-in, which is super convenient no matter when you arrive. The staff and concierge were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. There were also some lovely welcome touches — tea, coffee, a bottle of water, and bathroom amenities were all provided, which is always a nice gesture. The cleaning was excellent too — every time we returned to the room it was freshly cleaned and tidy, which is something we really appreciated and made the stay even more enjoyable"

"Our room window faced an internal enclosed area rather than the street, so the view and natural light were quite limited — definitely worth checking with the property before booking to make sure you get the room type you prefer. Second, the bathroom sink was quite small, which felt a little cramped during daily use. Would be great to see that improved"

"Location was great. Facilities were excellent. Love that it was newly updated."

"We were on a ground floor room so the bathroom had disability access which meant it had a small sink for our use. My wife and I didn’t need disability access."

"We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful and the place was spotless."

"There were no hooks to hang coats/dressing gowns/towels/bags. This would have been really helpful. Also a full length or large mirror in the room would have been good. The bathroom is quite dark with a shelf in the way so the small mirror in there for hair/makeup wasn’t very good."

"Location was perfect and very safe. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Also room quite spacious for Paris."

"Unfortunately the pipes in the bathroom smelled quite a bit. They tried fixing it but it came back up. It was manageable but not pleasant."

"Very nice place to stay in. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, 15-25 min to all city cites."

"No place for breakfast. But meanwhile lots of good places to have breakfast around the corner."

"New, clean, beautiful decoration and furniture, had all modern comfort, good toiletries, excellent service"

"Nothing. It was unfortunate but wifi was not working in the evening/during night and i had no 5G connectivity in my room"

"Excellent location (for me), gentle personnel, large room which is excpetional in Paris. The room was well equipped."

"Surfaces to put your items are small. Minor thing."

"The staff were lovely and really helpful. There is a great bakers and chemist nearby and was easy to find. We liked the decor and the family room had a separate bed area for the kids."

"The windows were a bit draughty if i'm being picky but it didn't ruin the stay. I would come back."
