"Clean and friendly, spa area was very nice and well maintained. Steam was actually one of the best I’ve been in. The rooms are tight, we were able to experience a few different ones. We ended up in a joining room with terrace which was great but still quite compact. Super attentive, great hospitality, friendly staff. Right on top of a man station so lots to do, places to eat and super well connected. It’s a short walk away from the Eurostar station!"
"No bed guards for toddlers, so I rolled some towels up! Couldn’t fulfil the ask of twin beds on the first night so they moved us the second night! (Worked out well) but was a little frustrating to begin with. The lift didn’t feel great, it sometimes struggled to open when it got to floor 7!"

"Amazing hotel great service up to every detail! The breakfast was brought to my room everyday which was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. The suite was very comfortable I even had a walk in closet for my wardrobe which was great. And the spa was wonderful and very clean. The beds were very soft slept like a baby 10 out of 10 amazing hotel!"

"Very nice, comfortablex clean room, well designed, with a terrace. Breakfast in the room was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were allowed to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Overall, very good impression about the hotel. Location is good, the metro station just near the hotel, easy access to all attractions."

"Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. We were given a high-floor room with a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. The location was perfect for us, right in front of the metro and the Gare de l’Ouest railway station. My son and I really enjoyed the hotel."
