"We had the room on the ground floor on the street side, so were afraid it would be noisy but not at all we slept very well! Located close to the Jules Verne house. Around ten minutes walk from the city centre."

"The breakfast included more than you expect in France. To get coffee and water 24/7 was a nice surprise and that keeps you going in Paris för long days. The area is calm but still very close to street life, good food etc. The walking distance to Opera Bastille was helpful when we returned home late nights."
