"The hotel and room were cosy and clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We were only there for a night so we did not have to stay another night in our tent during horrendous weather, but it was a comfortable night and exactly what we were looking for."

"We didn’t really have any big issues, but something to be aware of is that not all staff speaks English (at least the lady waiting for us when we arrived just before reception closed did not). Also, while the address is in Le Mont Dore, the hotel is quite a ways outside town up the hill. No problem if you have a car, but walking to a restaurant would be a bit of an undertaking. No problem for us but something to be aware of!"

"Really great place. This is right at the bottom of a tracking route up to the "Puy de Sancy." Very close to the cosy village Mont-Dore. We had dinner twice and breakfast too, and it met/exceeded expectations. Big bonus for having a charging point for EV's right in front! I would come again."

"The room we stayed in was a little too warm (probably not a problem for the skiers coming here). So we usually left the window open to air/cool down. But there were no mosquitoes whatsoever, so fine by me in the end."

The location is super beautiful and we ended up watching stars at night from our rooms and woke up to the view of the mountains. One of the best hotel stays ever"

Bon store à la fenêtre pour avoir de l'obscurité. Possibilité de voir avec la réception pour ajuster la température dans la chambre. Parking au pied de l'établissement. Bref, un endroit privilégié où l'on est agréablement coupé du monde !"

"Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Cela en fait un lieu pas très douillet. La literie est moyenne : ce sont deux petits lits réunis pour en faire un grand, mais on sent vraiment la démarcation. Quelques améliorations à apporter au local à skis. Un plateau bouilloire dans la chambre, voire un petit frigo, comme en certains endroits, ce serait le top !"
