Fun and quiet

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by Andrea, who was very sweet and welcoming. The apartment is very well located with a number of metro stations very close to the premises. We found the apartment to be of a very good size (for a family of four) considering that this is Paris. It was very nicely decorated, and clean. There are a good number of eateries around the area which are frequented by locals, rather than catering for tourists, which makes the experience even more authentic. Highly recommended to stay here when on vacation in Paris."

"Η τοποθεσία. Είναι δίπλα σε μετρό και έχει στα 30μ. φούρνο και super market. Η γειτονίά είναι πολύ ζωντανή και μπορεί να βρεί κάποιος φαγητό και διασκέδαση σε όλες τις τιμές."

"Το διαμέρισμα ήταν γενικά καθαρό. Λίγο περισσότερη προσπάθεια θέλει στα σκεπάσματα. Επίσης ένα φρεσκάρισμα σε σημεία έντονης χρήσης όπως οι πόρτες που χαλάνε την γενική εικόνα καθαριότητας."

"La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario per soggiornare più giorni, ti permette di lavare panni e cucinare il necessario. La zona offre negozi, boulangerie e ristoranti di ogni genere. Esattamente sotto casa c'e Lidl, carrefour e una boulangerie. Metro linea 3 a 100 metri da casa. Ottima scelta per girare Parigi. Zona tranquillissima anche per rientrare la sera."

"Appartamento piacevolissimo, ampio e fornito di ogni comfort, in quartiere residenziale tranquillo e caratteristico, di fronte alla stazione della Metro."

"El apartamento estaba muy bien para visitar unos días París. Muy limpio y bien situado, con una parada de metro nada más salir. Tiene un Carrefour y un Lidl al lado y en frente una boulangerie con pan y dulces estupendos. La zona es tranquila pero a la vez tiene mucho ambiente. Bares, gente... A pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, abriendo las ventanas se dormía bien."

"דירה נהדרת גם מאווררת גם שקטה. תחנת מטרו ממש מתחת לבית. עוד מתחת לבית? מאפיה מקסימה ומאוד מאוד טעימה. סניף קרפור, מסעדות נהדרות בקרבת מקום. הדירה מקסימה בקומה גבוהה עם מעלית. מארחים חביבים."

"La luminosité, le calme, l’accessibilité. De plus il était très bien équipé, sauf peut-être en torchons. Le quartier, sympathique et bien pourvu de commerces et de restaurants."

"L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso, ben ammobiliato, molto pulito ed attrezzato di tutto il necessario. E' situato in una zona tranquilla ma vivace, sicura anche di sera e molto ben servita sia dai mezzi di trasporto che da supermercati e ristoranti di buona qualità, che servono pietanze francesi e sono frequentati da francesi. Di fronte all'appartamento c'è una buona boulangerie dove fare colazione. L'accoglienza è stata molto buona nonstante fossimo arrivati in un giorno festivo e all'ora del pranzo. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di ceck-out per poter fare la mattina una passeggiata lungo il canale saint-Martin e pranzare in una brasserie prima di tornare in aereoporto."

"Il materasso della camera da letto era troppo morbido per me e quello del divano letto nello studio troppo sottile."
