"Since we were attending the opera, this hotel was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that we could get everywhere in the nearby area on foot."

"Breakfast was okay for the price, but, unusually, the dishes are cleared so quickly, and the food isn't replenished if guests arrive in the last twenty minutes. I understand you're eager to get things done quickly. Still, breakfast is part of the travel experience, especially if you pay for it, so guests shouldn't feel uncomfortable eating it in the last half hour instead of early in the morning."

"The location is amazing, with close proximity to all means of public transport and surrounded by great restaurants and stores. All of the staff we came into contact with were incredibly sweet and helpful. We also had breakfast, which offered a good variety of foods."

"The only inconveniences we found were in the room. The placement of the sockets was quite impractical; in our triple room, only one bed had a power outlet nearby. Additionally, several lamps didn’t work, and the hairdryer would overheat and shut off after only a few minutes, meaning I had to dry my hair in stages. Furthermore, the bathroom socket wasn't powerful enough for my hair iron, so I had to use the one in the bedroom instead.""

"We were unsure of our final departure date on our final morning but we knew we would find out in the afternoon whether we needed an extra night. We were not able to book the extra day on a "to be confirmed" basis so we had to pack and check-out just a few hours before finding out. This was inconvenient, particularly as we had a 6-month old baby and all the extra equipment needed to look after her. Given that we had to pack everything, anyway, we decided to move to alternative accommodation when we discovered that we did need to extend our stay."
