"Use of the swimming pool. Especially after a hot drive to the accommodation. Great value evening meal. Superb breakfast. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful"

"Accueil Chaleureux, petit déjeuner et repas copieux ; cuisine excellente qui vous fait voyager à Madagascar; tout est fait maison, digne d'un grand restaurant. Chambre au calme avec terrasse, décoré avec goût; j'ai apprécié la disponibilité de Monique et son mari; Monique reçoit et cuisine avec le cœur; ici, ce n'est que du bonheur partagé! Esprit d'Etape à conseiller sans hésitation pour passer un séjour super agréable. Etablissement bien situé pour visiter la région ."

"Nous avons fait un arrêt à l'Étape Esprit durant notre trajet vers le sud de la France. Je pense qu'il aurait fallu rester quelques nuits de plus pour bien profiter de ce havre de paix. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et avenants. L'endroit était propre, calme. Bref tout s'est bien passé et on le recommande chaleureusement pour couples et familles."

"Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Monique und Gilles sind phänomenal und nicht zuüberbieten, auch das Essen mit Getränke wie im Sternerestaurant. Monique berücksichtigt alle Wünsche."

"Le dîner cuisiné par Monique très copieux et savoureux, la chambre assez grande pour 3 personnes, la salle de bain, le tout d'une propreté irréprochable ! Le petit moins mais pas gênant pour une ou deux nuits : le lit pour enfant un peu moins confortable au niveau du matelas."

"The property was very spacious and comfortable for my young family with excellent facilities we didn’t need half of what we packed with us for our stay as the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. It was very easy to gain access & also the location was perfect right in the middle of the square with everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. We visit family in les Andelys every year but this was our first time staying here we will definately be staying here from now on."

"Excellent location and short walk to bars, restaurants, and the tram to Saint Jean station or airport transfer. Chris the owner is very good with communication, and the instructions for entry were easy. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated in period style. Very quiet at night, despite being close to the tourist activities. The bed is small but comfortable."

"Don’t let the front of the gite fool you! A very well appointed and clean cottage. The cottage was a good size for 4 adults. It had a lovely sized lounge room, full kitchen with appliances, a washing machine that came in very handy, 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice sized bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath Hugues was very friendly and warm, great communication and very helpful. 10 minutes drive to a large shopping centre. Very quite locations highly recommend"

"If you’re in the region for exploring wine and the beautiful surroundings, Chateau Fage is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need ideas and activities to explore the vast wine and cheese region. We had a wine tasting at the Chateau by the very knowledgeable sommelier, which was something we can highly recommend. The interior is very neatly decorated and a sort of mix of old days into modern days. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and give a homey feeling. Beds are comfortable and the showers are great. We can truly recommend Chateau Fage as a base for exploring the region."
