Esprit Cocooning -proche centre-

"It has a great location in Bastia, a short walk to the Citadelle. Parking on the street is not easy, but there is a public car park (not for free) nearby, reachable by stairs. The seafront side of the building is still under renovation, so the view is restricted. The apartment is nicely done and well equipped."

"Alain has created an exceptional property and his welcome was warm and attentive - we could sense his passion for Maison Carla Rosa, which was beyond merely business acumen. In addition, there was complimentary wine on ice on arrival, plus soft drinks, together with an awesome array of fruits and berries. The private pool sparkles amid the manicured gardens, making this an oasis close to the hyper stimulation of Cannes seafront. The place is immaculate and extremely well appointed with a comfy sofa in the lounge/diner/kitchen area. The daily servicing gives the apartment concept the feeling of a hotel experience."

"The location, comfort and spaciousness were wonderful. All the facilities were modern. The owner responded immediately to our question."
