"L'emplacement est excellent, réservé pour un nouvel an, quartier calme malgré l'hôtel restaurant tout proche. Appartement cosy, hôte vraiment très avenante et disponible, je recommande, et on reviendra sûrement. Merci pour tout Hélène."

On retrouve, au travers de l'aménagement soigné et qualitatif du studio, la volonté d'offrir aux voyageurs le meilleur rapport qualité-prix possible. La mission est réussie quand, à l'usage, on profite en plus de la situation géographique parfaite de ce logement, du calme des nuits et de la mer à cent mètres."

"Quel excellent choix ça a été!! L'appartement est littéralement à 3 minutes à pied de la plage - on voit la mer depuis le balcon! De plus, c'est très cosy, très bien équipé et le canapé-lit était beaucoup plus confortable que ce à quoi je m'attendais! Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous stationner, le quartier est très calme, et les gens sont cordiaux. Mention spéciale pour Hélène, vraiment très gentille et arrangeante!! Je pense même que je vais chercher un prétexte pour y revenir dès que possible..."

"The house was lovely and really good layout for two families. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the games basement. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with."
"Beautiful property with a spacious living/kitchen area and gorgeous views from the terrace! Great location to walk to both coast lines and town centre, very close to a convenience store. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with in easy walking distance or to order a Deliveroo. To have onsite parking was a huge plus and also to mention the smart TV was ideal to watch Netflix/Amazon prime. The host was very friendly and on hand to help with any queries."

"Initial impressions were not good as the entrance hall is scruffy and in need of updating. However, upon entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and cleanliness. Also, despite being in the lively district of St-Denis, it was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a washing machine. If you like walking, it is only a 30 minute walk to the attractions and is only around the corner from Goncourt Metro Station. Would highly recommend for a city break."

"Location was excellent; close to the train station, Musée des Beaux-Arts, the historic centre of Rouen, etc.. Plus, the appartement has a very nice view of the Donjon de Rouen. It was clean and really quiet. Everything was also functionning as it should be. FYI, access (last few flights of stairs) could be a little problematic for people with moblity issues, or with larger suitcases, but it was not at all an issue for me. Merci beaucoup :)"
"The location is excellent. It's a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and beach and 20 minute walk to central Calvi. Well equiped kichen and nice outdoor dining area. Patrice was very charming and helpful."
