La proximité immédiate avec le port du Crouesty et le bourg d'Arzon permet de se déplacer sans prendre la voiture ( promenades, courses...). "Die Residenz ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool ist beheizt und groß genug für alle im Sommer. Es gibt einen Spielraum und die Lage ist optimal. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min in Honfleur und in 5 bis 10 an verschiedenen Stränden.. Der Aufbau der Residenz im Grünen ist sehr schön."
