"The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from both the city center and the train station. There’s also a grocery store and a restaurant just across the street (less than 20 meters away), and the central park is very close. The place is very clean, spacious, and well equipped – we would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Colmar!"

"However, there was one major downside: Although several previous reviews mentioned a problem with the hot water, it seems the issue still hasn’t been resolved. We tried to contact the owner but unfortunately received a reply only on the day of our departure, without any real solution. Taking a shower with cold water was quite uncomfortable and disappointing, especially in such an otherwise well-rated place."

"The apartment was completely furnished, it is very appreciable for mid-term stays. It is also really cosy and cute. 5-10 min walk from city center with parking places in the street."

"El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades necesarias y decorado con mucho gusto. Estuvimos alojados 3 personas, y el sofá cama del salón muy cómodo y grande. La dueña muy atenta en todo momento. Nos facilitó toda la información necesaria para visitar Colmar y los mercadillos navideños. Nos recomendó restaurantes y dónde aparcar (fácil aparcamiento cerca)."

"L’isolation sonore n’est pas présente ce qui est je pense normal pour ce genre de bâtiment Mais malheureusement nous avons eu des voisins plus que bruyants toute la nuit ce qui a été très compliqué Mais la propriétaire a fait ce qu’elle a pu pour remédier à cela et je la remercie Dommage parce que tout est parfait, mais le fait que ce soit si bruyant est vraiment gênant"

"Wir waren zu Besuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Colmar, wollten uns dafür viel Zeit nehmen und sind daher schon am Vorabend angereist. Im Vorfeld hatten wir bereits eine sehr nette Konversation mit dem Gastgeber und alles hat rundum perfekt funktioniert! Wir haben uns in der modernen und top ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben, es war einfach traumhaft."

"Die Parkplatzsituation in der Strasse ist nicht besonders gut, wir haben unser Auto zwei Straßen weiter geparkt, da es näher nur kostenpflichtige Kurzzeitparkplätze gab. Aber damit konnten wir gut leben. Das Haus, in dem sich die moderne und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung befindet, ist recht alt und hellhörig."
