"Location at the foot of Les Ecrins and Les Deux Alps, next to a tiny river that brings so much charm. You can literally start your hikes directly from the lodge. The host is very friendly and easy going. The kitchen and dining room are great. The board games, books, maps and guides are very useful. The hammocks are perfect for relaxing. Good WiFi connection, especially given the location. Shed to store skis or bikes. Despite what is stated on booking.com, the bathroom and toilet are actually private."

"Three things, rather important: - the window of the room is just too small, not enough for light nor to cool down the room in the evening after a full day in the summer sun. I am aware it is a loft so I don’t know if there is actually a simple solution for that - the shower head and support are broken. The water pressure is very low because the nozzles are too big and the head keeps falling off the holder. I think this would be an easy peasy fix with very little money - the lounges on the terrace are not confy and even wobbly, both me and my girlfriend actually fell down like little kids when changing position 🤣"
