"The location is good to visit the Alsace region. The staff was very nice and they helped us with any our requests. The room was large with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The dinner and breakfast were great with a good variety of local specialities."

"Vanina(sp?) (and Claudine) have restored a beautiful old family home for guests, and it is in a beautiful location (in midst of vineyards, garden and a short walk to nearby Carcès). The room we had was very spacious and had its own little kitchen.- lovingly decorated in the Provencale style. Beautiful breakfast with homemade jams, and plenty of local produce - coffee was great and all served with linen tablecloths. We stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Very relaxing to sit outside in the garden. From here we visited the Cistercian Abbey du Thoronet (1,000 yrs old, well worth a visit) and the Cotignac village (on market day). It was a very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful place to stay."

"A brilliant hotel in central Maubeuge. A 5 minutes walk from the train station, with free parking for hotel guests. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. Great showers in the bathrooms, really nice. The windows offer nice views over the town and the choice to upgrade rooms is brilliant. Very polite and friendly staff, helpful and nice. I did not try the restaurant below the hotel, but it looks fantastic and was busy with local people eating there every night, so definitely going to try that next time."

"Excellent little family run hotel in a great location in the centre of the village of Montgenevre. If you are looking for a cost effective place to stay this is it. Friendly staff, a fun bar that is open in the evenings and they also offer tasty food. Breakfast is great, a good choice and plenty to eat to set you up for the day."
